Do I have to sign a contract?
No. Weekly service is month to month. Stay because you're happy, not because you're locked in.
What grass is best here?
St. Augustine handles shade and humidity well; Zoysia and Bermuda love full sun. We'll match the grass to your yard.
Do you do fertilizer and weed control?
Yes, with a licensed applicator on a seasonal schedule built for our climate.
Can you work with my HOA rules?
We service plenty of HOA neighborhoods and know how to keep things within the guidelines.
