The Mill Town Electric team

— Dale & Ruth Tillman

Meet the family

Rooted in a mill town

Century grew up around the old sawmill, and so did Dale Tillman. He started Mill Town Electric in 1999 after twenty years wiring houses for other folks.

Ruth runs the office, Dale still climbs into attics and both of them will remember your name the next time you call.

Good questions

Things folks ask us

Where we work

Century · Jay · Flomaton · Atmore · Molino · Walnut Hill · McDavid · Bratt

Do you pull permits?

Always. Every job that needs a permit gets one, and we handle the inspection.

How big a generator do I need?

It depends on what you want running: a few circuits or the whole house, AC included. We do a free load calculation.

My breaker keeps tripping. Is that dangerous?

It's the breaker doing its job, but it means something is overloaded or faulty. Call us before it turns into a bigger problem.

Can you work on older homes?

Yes. We rewire older homes carefully, with as little patching as possible.
