Our story
The Brass Pole opened on Caroline Street in 1948 to cut hair for sailors from Whiting Field. Walt Lassiter apprenticed under the third owner and bought the shop in 2011.
We still lather with a brush, finish with a hot towel and keep a jar of combs in Barbicide. Book online, or wait your turn and read the paper.
